Our current shipping method is local hand delivery. We currently do deliveries in Orange County, CA and southern Los Angeles County, CA.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our best intentions is to make our each customer satisfied and completely enjoy their cup of tea. However in situation where we fail to satisfy it, we do accept return of tea package.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE & REFUND PROCEDURE
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting return. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return in your email. Upon processing we will process your return based on following
Refund: We refund back to your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee, shipping fees excluded.
Product exchange: Product exchange of equal or lesser value. Shipping fees excluded. No balance return.
Once your request is processed[usually 1-2 business days] we will send you email with return shipping address. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received the returned product, we will send email for acknowledgement and process your request based on Refund or Product exchange. Processing time is usually 5-7 business days. Please note: Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded and will be bear by the customer.
