Mindful Tea Tasting

      Mindfulness is about bringing attention to the present moment with curiosity and kindness. It's a secular scientifically proven practice. Tea acts beautifully as an anchor to bring our awareness towards the sense of taste, touch, feel, aroma and the look in the moment.

           Tea is not just a beverage, it holds space for us to find refugee from the wandering mind, thus nurturing elements for peace and tranquility. Mindful Tea Tasting program cultivates wholesome experience to tea tasting with mindfulness based practices.


We provide a workshop based program where participants get a chance to: 

  • Learn skills and techniques to evaluate teas from different parts of the world.

  • Taste finest teas especially chosen by ITMA* Certified Tea Sommelier.

  • Practice and learn mindfulness techniques with UCLA MARC* trained mindfulness facilitator.

  • Learn health benefits, culture, history and much more about tea. 

  • Guidelines on how to brew a perfect cup of tea.
